We believe that people learn best through experience, talking, exploring and being curious.  Diversity Rocks brings many forms of diversity and difference to life, enables participants to ask questions and really understand how they can make their workplaces, education settings and communities truly inclusive.  Let's create an environment where everyone feels like they belong!

The Issue:

• There is a lot of focus on how individuals can 'fit in', Diversity Rocks wants to change the system not the person.
• People want to do the right thing - but fear saying the wrong thing, struggle with evolving language, and worry about causing offence.
• Traditional training often lacks the power to create real connection or drive lasting change.
• Remote work has amplified the disconnect between colleagues, making understanding harder to achieve.
• Many organisations face challenges in sparking genuine conversations about diversity and inclusion.

The mission of these cards is to strive for everyone at work and in society to feel like they belong.  The focus is changing the 'system' one conversation at a time.  The cards have been designed to stimulate open, honest and brave conversations about diversity.  To encourage participants to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Workshops can be facilitated for corporate, community or educational groups.  The cards should be used by those with a comprehensive knowledge of diversity & inclusion so we are also pleased to also offer 'train the trainer' sessions so you can purchase the cards and run sessions in house.
